Workers Compensation Attorneys

The law provides that anyone who is injured on the job has a right to benefits under the Workers Compensation Law. These benefits are provided by the employer or by the employer's workers compensation insurance company.

A worker who suffers an injury or a medical condition as a result of his or her employment is entitled to full coverage for needed medical treatment, without deductibles or co-pays. An injured employee is also entitled to be treated by ANY doctor or medical provider of his or her choice. In addition, if an injured worker is unable to work, he or she has the right to receive weekly non-taxable wage loss payments of 2/3's of his or her regular weekly pay.

Littman & Babiarz is dedicated to making sure that injured workers receive all the medical treatment needed, and the maximum weekly wage loss benefits. We also make sure that if you are unable to return to your regular job, that you receive the maximum compensation for permanent conditions and disabilities.
